Meet Christina Dyer

MS, LCPC, CEC, MGSCC


With over two decades of experience working in the fields of psychology and business – and with people of all ages and from all walks of life, understanding the complexities of the human condition is in Christina’s DNA.

Strong business ethics combined with keen leadership skills are core to Christina’s fundamental understanding of taking on challenges bigger than herself. It’s a standard of excellence that she’s applied throughout the course of her personal and professional journey.

Christina’s global travels include backpacking, photographing and immersing herself in cultures from more than 25 countries. From the fun-loving Masai tribes of Kenya to the gracious people of Kathmandu Nepal, her global work and experiences were life-changing and transformative. They taught her the importance of trust, adaptability, cultural competence, problem solving, navigating change, leadership and above all, having an open sense of the “other”.

Christina is adept at human relations; she is an igniter and a connector, a possibility thinker, a revenue generator, and a savvy and respected behavioral expert. Christina’s priorities are firmly entrenched where family is everything, friendships are treasured, and clients are personal and priceless – paying meticulous attention to all aspects of their needs to ensure optimum success.

She embodies being a servant leader, believing that when one succeeds, we all succeed. She coaches others to become their best selves – whether it’s through her intensive executive leadership one-on-one coaching, facilitating teams with customized, continuous improvement programs, or leading and collaborating with individuals and teams through hands-on, customized community-led global collaboratives.

Christina holds a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from California State University, Fullerton. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) with Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching (MGSCC), certified by the International Coaching Federation.

Become A Noble Adventurer

Christina will work with the group to release specific conflict-creating issues, discuss challenging habits and limiting thoughts.


Individual and team conflicts, unclear alignment, culture shock, unrealistic expectations and travel discomforts… these things can and do happen while on service collaboratives, but instead of letting these challenges short circuit the team, Christina will help focus the team on the gifts within these potential problems and turn them into opportunities to learn and grow.

Our goal of Noble Adventures is become comfortable in uncertainty, innovative in the face of hardships and challenge, and free to be flexible and more adaptive.

Ultimately, we learn to take what is experienced on the adventure and realized through reflection, take it home, applying the lessons learned in our own communities, organizations and living rooms. As these challenges dissolve, you’ll sense the core of peace that can continue to direct your life long after your adventure is complete.
