Christina Dyer

Founder & Chief Executive Officer


Christina brings over two decades of experience in business and psychology to help leaders become the best leader they can become for themselves and others.

She is adept at human relations; she is an igniter and a connector, a possibility thinker, a revenue generator, and a savvy and respected behavioral expert.

Christina's priorities are firmly entrenched where family is everything, friendships are treasured, and clients are personal and priceless – paying meticulous attention to all aspects of their needs to ensure optimum success.

Christina's global travels have immersed her in cultures of 30+ countries, backpacking, photographing, and working on service-based projects. From the fun-loving Maasai tribes of Kenya to the gracious people of Kathmandu, Nepal, her global work and experiences have been life-changing and transformative. They taught her the importance of trust, adaptability, problem-solving, navigating change, leadership, and above all, having a global mindset around cultural respect and sensitivity.

Christina holds a master's degree in Counseling Psychology from California State University, Fullerton. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), and a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) with The Global Coach Group, certified by the International Coaching Federation. Christina is also a Culture and Change Consultant with SweetRush, a corporate training & development company.

Christina lives in Northern CA with her husband and three young adult sons. She comes alive with exotic travel, great wine, and forgiving karaoke...especially all at once!

Hernani Alves makes the most complex skill in business, awesomely simple.

Hernani was born in Angola, Africa, and started his professional life as a part-time employee to eventually become an Executive for a $3 billion publicly traded company that was regularly voted as a Best Workplace. Today, he's a best-selling author and an international speaker that helps leaders build world-class teams focused on getting results.

Hernani has worked with Stanford University, University of California, Oklahoma State University, iHeart Radio, HR.com, Recruiter, Idea Mensch, CEO World Magazine, Conscious Company, Extreme Leadership, and more.

In his best-selling book, “Balanced Accountability: Three Leadership Secrets to Win Hearts and Maximize Performance,” Hernani delivers clarity on the case for accountability and the steps organizations, and individuals need to take to unleash their potential.

Hernani’s second book, “The Champion Advantage: Get the Mindset to Win At Home and Work”, focuses on how two different people experience the exact same event and have totally different outcomes. The leader that maximizes their controllables and resets their lives will get a head start to winning like a Champion.

Hernani resides in California with his wife, Angie, and their two children. He loves to eat cheese and play golf in his free time. He does not like very scary movies, for example, The Wizard of Oz.

Become A Noble Adventurer

Christina will work with the group to release specific conflict-creating issues, discuss challenging habits and limiting thoughts.


Individual and team conflicts, unclear alignment, culture shock, unrealistic expectations and travel discomforts… these things can and do happen while on service collaboratives, but instead of letting these challenges short circuit the team, Christina will help focus the team on the gifts within these potential problems and turn them into opportunities to learn and grow.

Our goal of Noble Adventures is become comfortable in uncertainty, innovative in the face of hardships and challenge, and free to be flexible and more adaptive.

Ultimately, we learn to take what is experienced on the adventure and realized through reflection, take it home, applying the lessons learned in our own communities, organizations and living rooms. As these challenges dissolve, you’ll sense the core of peace that can continue to direct your life long after your adventure is complete.
